Capstone Logistics is looking for high-performing Warehouse Associates who are ready for more than a typical warehouse job. This is a unique hybrid role: you'll be part of your local warehouse team when you're home and deploy with Capstone's Travel Team when projects need additional support. Travel assignments can last 6+ weeks and may take you to partner facilities across the country. We're looking for people who can step into a new operation, learn quickly, lead by example, and represent Capstone with professionalism wherever they go.

THE LEADERSHIP EXPECTATION

What You Need Warehouse experience preferred Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environments Ability to lift and carry materials weighing approximately 25–75 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift Ability to work different shifts and schedules based on project requirements Willingness to travel and remain deployed for 6+ weeks at a time Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills A positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
