Physician Assistant
The Pain Center of AZ
The Advanced Care Practitioner will primarily encompass clinical work, post-operative follow-up care, and may also include participation in physician-led research projects. The ideal candidate will be a "self-starter" with prior pain management, orthopedic or neurosurgery and must possess a passion for excellence.

- Ability to cultivate and apply strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree from an accredited PA training Program
- Must be licensed to practice as a physician assistant in the State of Arizona
- Maintains PA certification through the National Commission of Physician Assistants
- Current DEA number for Schedule II-IV Controlled Substances.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Strong Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Earns CME credits related to pain management at least once a year and fulfills the requirements of the Arizona Board of Physician Assistants
