What You'll Do:

• Greet every guest with a friendly smile, eye contact, and genuine hospitality
• Open doors, welcome guests, and create an inviting first impression
• Seat guests efficiently while managing the flow of the dining room
• Provide menus and ensure guests are comfortable as they get settled
• Communicate clearly with servers and managers regarding table availability, wait times, and special requests
• Assist in coordinating large parties and maintaining organized waitlists
• Address guest concerns with professionalism, always involving a manager when needed, and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction
