Responsibilities

• Provide sales quotes to new and existing customers
• Oversee customer purchase orders and enter orders into the management system
• Follow up on previous sales quotes, new leads, and completed purchase orders
• Maintain and expand product knowledge to support customer needs
• Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure customer specifications are met

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Proficiency in sales order processing and Microsoft Office
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn technical products and processes quickly
• Experience working with customers in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
