About the PositionOur client is seeking a CDL A driver to support local tanker operations in Baltimore, Maryland. This dedicated position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule Details- Pay rate: $30 per hour
- Estimated weekly pay: $1,400-$1,500
- Schedule: 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. shifts available
- Hours per week: 40
- Home daily
- Route type: Local
- Freight: Light-touch freight
- Equipment: Tanker
- Employment type: Dedicated
- Handling: Light touch
- Safely operate CDL A tanker equipment on local routes.
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
- Complete required freight-handling tasks.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Valid CDL A license.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Required tanker endorsement.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
