Overview Are you an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant seeking your dream job in the amazing Florida Keys? Join us in paradise, where world‑class medicine meets stunning beaches, endless sunshine, and the laid‑back island lifestyle! Schedule Full time Mon‑Fri (8:00 am–5:00 pm). No weekends. Responsibilities The Surgical PA/NP works closely with surgeons to provide comprehensive pre‑, intra‑, and postoperative care, including patient assessments, diagnostics, prescribing, first‑assisting in surgery, performing procedures, managing clinics, rounding, and providing on‑call coverage on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, ensuring continuity of care, patient safety, and optimal surgical outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited NP/PA‑C program with surgical 1st‑assisting experience. Board certification, Florida state license, or eligibility.
