Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse - Renton, WA. This role involves providing care in a busy emergency department with a diverse patient population. The position requires experienced emergency nurses capable of managing trauma and high-acuity cases in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license, minimum of 2+ years of emergency room experience, at least 1+ year of trauma experience, prior travel experience, and certifications including ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic medical records, strong ability to provide culturally competent care to diverse populations.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit serves over 600,000 patients annually, with a dedicated separate triage area managed by RNs. A variety of trauma and medical cases are encountered, including STEMI, stroke, trauma, sepsis, respiratory diseases, and behavioral health. Certification and orientation in specific protocols are mandatory.
