Job Description:

The Forward Deployed Agentic Sr Lead will drive the forward deployment of agentic AI products across Chief Operating Office, acting as the bridge between product development, operations, and AI engineering. The role focuses on embedding LLM-powered, agentic workflows directly into enterprise processes, enabling measurable business outcomes, operational transformation, and scalable AI adoption.

This role is a hands-on hybrid of product management, forward deployed engineering, and agentic AI solution design, with strong emphasis on real-world execution in banking environments.

In this role, you will

1. Forward Deployment of Agentic AI Products

• Lead end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions into live banking operations

• Embed AI agents directly into operational workflows for automation and decision support

• Work closely with business and operations teams to move from concept to production

• Ensure enterprise-grade deployment, scalability, and governance of AI solutions

2. Discovery, Process Intelligence & Value Realization

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with business and operations stakeholders

• Analyze process artifacts (SOPs, runbooks, workflows, video recordings, process mining outputs, etc.) to identify AI and automation opportunities

• Translate operational processes into agentic workflows and solution blueprints

• Define KPIs and quantify business benefits (cost reduction, cycle time, risk mitigation, productivity gains)

• Build ROI models and value realization frameworks for AI initiatives

3. Agentic Solution Design, MCP Tools & Workflow Orchestration

• Design and implement agentic AI solutions using process artifacts as input for workflow automation

• Develop multi-step AI agents capable of reasoning, tool use, and task execution

• Leverage MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools to integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources

• Enable tool-augmented LLM workflows including function calling, orchestration, and structured outputs

• Build reusable agent patterns for banking operations use cases (e.g., case resolution, reconciliation, compliance checks)

4. LLM & GenAI Expertise (Hands-on Execution)

• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms including:

o Claude (Anthropic)

o Gemini (Google)

o GPT (OpenAI)

• Design prompt architectures, reasoning chains, and agent workflows

• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and contextual grounding strategies

• Evaluate model performance, reliability, and enterprise readiness

• Ensure responsible AI usage, governance, and compliance adherence

5. Product Management & Delivery Leadership

• Own full lifecycle of agentic AI products from discovery through production deployment

• Translate business requirements into product specifications and technical designs

• Manage backlog, prioritization, and iterative delivery cycles

• Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure implementation

• Align delivery with enterprise architecture, security, and risk frameworks

6. Capability Development: Agentic Skills Library & Reusable Assets

• Build and maintain an Agentic Skills Library of reusable capabilities, including:

o Task-specific AI agents (e.g., summarization, reconciliation, classification, decision support)

o Workflow components (e.g., data extraction, validation, routing, reasoning chains)

o Prompt templates, tool-use patterns, and orchestration blueprints

• Enable systematic reuse of agentic capabilities across multiple banking use cases

• Establish standards for versioning, governance, and lifecycle management of agent skills

• Continuously expand the library based on production learnings and new use cases

• Drive “build once, reuse everywhere” approach for agentic automation

7. AI Capability Building & Organizational Enablement

• Build reusable AI and agentic frameworks across banking operations

• Develop standards for converting process artifacts into AI-ready workflows

• Enable teams through training, documentation, and best practices

• Drive AI literacy and adoption across operations and product teams

• Establish operating model for scaling agentic AI across the enterprise

8. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as primary interface between business, operations, engineering, and AI teams

• Influence senior stakeholders on AI-driven transformation strategy

• Align multiple functions including operations, risk, compliance, and technology

• Drive enterprise adoption of agentic solutions at scale

Required Skills & Experience

Agentic AI & LLM Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini or similar)

• Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production environments

• Deep understanding of tool-augmented LLMs, function calling, and orchestration

• Experience with MCP tools or equivalent LLM-to-system integration frameworks

Forward Deployment Engineering

• Experience deploying AI solutions directly into business operations

• Ability to work closely with end users in real production environments

• Strong problem-solving across complex enterprise workflows

• Background in consulting, forward deployed engineering, or AI product teams

• Exposure to orchestration platforms, automation tools, or AI frameworks

• Experience building enterprise-grade AI platforms or reusable agent frameworks

Process Intelligence & Artifact-Driven Automation

• Experience working with process artifacts (SOPs, workflows, operational documentation, process mining outputs)

• Ability to convert structured and unstructured process data into executable AI workflows

• Exposure to operational excellence, BPM, or process re-engineering environments

Product & Delivery Management

• Experience in product ownership or product management roles

• Strong capability in discovery, requirement definition, and execution delivery

• Ability to quantify business value and build ROI models

• Experience managing cross-functional product delivery in enterprise settings

Banking / Financial Services Domain

• Understanding of banking operations (commercial, corporate, or investment banking preferred)

• Familiarity with operational risk, compliance, and control frameworks
