Interventional Radiologic Technologist I

Position Interventional Radiologic TechnologistI Role Assists in diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic radiologic and ultrasonic procedures, working in surgical environments and sterile fields. Ensures proper patient preparation, documentation, and adherence to safety, confidentiality, and infection control policies. Maintains technical competency in vascular, spinal, neurological, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and extremity imaging. Provides support for patient safety protocols and participates in training and preceptorship activities. Qualifications High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in related healthcare fields preferred. Certification in radiography (ARRT), radiologic licensure, and BLS certification are required. Experience in interventional radiology or similar labs is preferred. Skills Ability to work in sterile, surgical-like environments. Knowledge of radiation safety. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Teamwork and communication skills.
