Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will utilize specialized skills to ensure the safety and well-being of critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:

Administer advanced nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and medical equipment.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Perform technical procedures such as IV placement, intubation assistance, and medication administration.
Document patient conditions, interventions, and responses accurately and thoroughly.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
Maintain infection control protocols and uphold safety standards within the ICU setting.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse license with current state licensure.
Proven experience working in an ICU environment.
Possess BLS and ACLS certification.
Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Able to work every third weekend shift comfortably.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
