Mercedes-Benz of Hampton is seeking a highly professional, customer-focused Client Engagement Specialist to join our Business Development Center. This role is responsible for managing digital sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering a premium brand experience from the very first interaction. Position Overview The Client Engagement Specialist serves as the first point of contact for internet inquiries, inbound calls, and CRM‑driven opportunities. The ideal candidate understands that every interaction reflects the Mercedes‑Benz brand and is committed to delivering a refined, responsive, and professional client experience. This individual will proactively manage digital leads, engage prior customers, execute targeted outreach campaigns, and support the sales team through appointment setting and pipeline development.
