Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney specializing in Litigation (Class Action) to join its team in San Francisco, CA. Duties Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda. Review and draft discovery responses. Analyze discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting. Prepare deposition outlines. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation. Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions. Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to produce timely, accurate, and quality work. Capacity to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in fostering positive work relationships.
