Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience and required Siemens MR proficiency for a 3x12 day shift travel contract.

Details

• Inpatient hospital MRI department setting
• 3x12-hour day shifts, 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday with varying days off
• Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients is required for this role
• Epic and PACS experience preferred
• Siemens MR equipment experience required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience required
• Active BLS and ARRT (MR) certifications required
• State license required if applicable
• Proficiency with Siemens MR equipment required
• MRI safety knowledge, including the ability to research implants and adhere to scanning protocols
• Experience with anesthesia and pediatric patient populations
• Level 1 Trauma Center or academic teaching facility experience preferred
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Additional Information

• This is a Level 1 Trauma Center and academic teaching facility
• Candidates whose permanent residence is within 100 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
• All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission — RTO requests made after submission will not be approved
