About the Role:

McColley's Irish Pub in Spencerport, NY is looking for an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our team! If you love crafting great drinks, delivering warm hospitality, and being part of a lively pub atmosphere, we want to hear from you. Come be a part of a place where regulars feel like family and every shift is a good time. Looking for experienced ONLY. Full time- a combination of days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and table guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout each shift
• Engage guests with friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming pub experience
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system efficiently
• Verify guest identification and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth, seamless service

Requirements:

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
• Knowledge of beer, spirits, cocktails, and Irish pub-style food menus
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in New York State
• NYS Liquor Authority certification (TIPS or equivalent) a plus
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, guest-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
