Tour Consultant, Group Sales Start Date: September 1st, 2026 Location: Denver, CO – Applicants must live or relocate to Colorado or a commutable distance to our Denver office. Fridays can be worked from home; Monday‑Thursday in office. Responsibilities Own and grow a book of business composed of Group Coordinators. Qualify, follow‑up, and convert sales leads to customers via outbound phone sales. Drive sustainable and scalable growth, build a loyal customer base that travels with us year after year, and work on business challenges. Compensation: First‑year Tour Consultants have an on‑target earning potential of $65,000 (base salary starting at $50,000 and $15,000 bonus potential). There is uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals. Eligible for promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after 2 years of exceeding goals and excellent performance with increased OTE of $95,000 ($65,000 base and $30,000 bonus potential).
