Operations Technician

We are seeking an Operations Technician to support daily warehouse and operations activities related to the receipt, storage, documentation, and shipment of electronic components and materials. This is a non-supervisory position reporting to the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with shipping documentation, data, regulatory requirements, and quality management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving activities in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, purchasing, sales, and operations documentation.
• Ensure shipments comply with applicable company policies, quality requirements, and regulatory authorities.
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with established Quality Management System requirements.
• Support sales and operations teams by providing technical and product-related information as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with data reporting and document analysis.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe operations area.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with data reporting and document analysis.
• Experience or working knowledge of U.S. Export Control regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately review documentation and maintain records.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
