QXO, a leading building products distributor and installer, seeks an Employment Law Advisor to join its legal team in Texas. You will advise HR and leadership on a broad range of employment matters, support investigations, and help manage restrictive covenants and compliance programs.
The ideal candidate has a JD, active Texas bar admission, 8–10+ years of relevant experience, and excellent commercial judgment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align guidance with business goals.
