Position Summary

Since 1969, our factory has been a cornerstone just eight miles west of Harrisburg. Situated at a transportation crossroads, it offers quick access to major cities like Baltimore, Boston, and New York. As one of the largest manufacturers in the area, we produce a wide range of dry pet food, including beloved brands like Puppy Chow®, Pro Plan®, and Friskies®. Beyond our work, we support local animal shelters, enriching the lives of pets everywhere. We’re also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As an Accounting Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the company store and performing clerical duties for the Accounting Department. The role supports daily accounting operations, maintains records and documentation, assists with administrative tasks, and oversees company store activities to ensure efficient service and inventory management.

• Validate production data and perform inventory management activities.
• Complete daily hand-add reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Perform assigned materials accounting duties.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Participate in planning and execution of community engagement initiatives and events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting and/or inventory control in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment

Salary: $41,814.00 to $58,239.00 per year

Bonus Eligibility: Yes

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
