Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere. Engage in promotional activities to highlight new and seasonal products. Handle cash register transactions and maintain accurate sales records. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; previous bakery experience preferred. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Food handler’s certification is a plus.
