Unique Escapes is a travel business focused on curating personalized high-quality travel experiences. We are seeking an organized detail-oriented Business Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales operations client campaigns and follow-up booking administration and business workflows.
This is a remote role for people who enjoy organization communication and helping a growing travel business run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales process by managing leads inquiries and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate client records booking details and sales documentation.
- Prepare travel quotes itineraries and reservation summaries using approved travel tools.
- Coordinate communication between clients travel suppliers and internal team members.
- Track bookings payments deadlines and outstanding client requests.
- Create and maintain organized spreadsheets reports and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with email marketing social media content and client relationship follow-up.
- Research destinations hotels cruises and travel packages to support client planning.
- Provide excellent professional customer service by phone email and online platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization time management and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning web-based travel CRM email marketing and booking tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
- Customer service administrative sales support hospitality or travel-industry experience advantageous but not required
- Interest in travel luxury travel cruises resorts and destination planning is a plus.
