Description: The Medical Lab Technician will perform laboratory tests and procedures. The technician will ensure accuracy and reliability in test results. Collaboration with healthcare professionals is essential for patient care. Maintaining laboratory equipment and a clean working environment is required. Adherence to safety protocols and regulations is mandatory. Continuous education and skills validation are important for career advancement. The technician will participate in mandatory trainings and health screenings. Documentation and record-keeping must be precise and up-to-date. Flexibility in scheduling is expected to meet laboratory needs. The role involves working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
