Every enrollment you close pays a flat $750 commission, paid weekly — close just 3 a week and that's $2,250+ before weekly and monthly production bonuses and incentive trips are even factored in. Legacy Assurance Plan is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to meet with warm, pre-qualified families in a protected territory (up to 100 miles) and guide them through enrolling in our estate planning membership plans (wills, trusts, power of attorney).

The Math:

·         $750 flat commission per sale, paid weekly, no cap

·         3 sales/week ≈ $2,250+/week before bonuses

·         Weekly and monthly production bonuses stack on top of every commission check

·         Company-sponsored incentive trips for top producers

·         No cold calling, no self-generated leads, no purchased lists eating into your time

What You'll Do:

·         Meet with qualified families in your assigned territory and present the estate planning membership plan

·         Close enrollments and manage your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM

·         Set your own schedule and route within your protected territory

What You Need:

·         3+ years of outside, in-home, or direct-to-consumer sales experience with a documented record of meeting or exceeding targets

·         Comfortable with a 100% commission structure — there is no base salary or guaranteed income; your results set your paycheck

·         Reliable personal transportation and comfort using a CRM

·         Must currently reside in [state]
