Remote work not considered.Must be comfortable with shop floor conditions and at times locating work orders and/or partsBenefits/Salary:The position includes competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), excellent 401k matching program, paid holidays and vacation. The salary range for this position is $85K to $120K.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage sourcing and buying activities across a range of commodities including machined components, outside processes (e.g. heat treat, coatings, etc.), forgings, castings, and other semi-finished productsInterpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to align sourcing activities with suppliers possessing the optimal capabilities, ensuring manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiencyReconcile invoice and payment problems and drive root cause solutionsIdentify and implement cost reduction activities and streamlining processesResponsible for ensuring continuity of supplies and services required to maintain continuous operationWeighing appropriate risk factors when making buy/supply decisionsMaintain compliance within company standards and support internal compliance and audits Implement corrective actions generated by auditsFull timePosting Date: 2026-08-10
