Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the Resource Development team, setting a visionary direction for future fundraising initiatives. Drive strategies for major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and annual campaigns. Identify and pursue grant opportunities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Report progress to the CEO and Board, manage donor records, and ensure reconciliation with the Finance Department. Collaborate with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Advisory Councils to shape the organization’s future. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven success in fundraising, including major gifts, annual campaigns, and grant writing. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders. Strong leadership experience managing a high‑performing team. Passion for our mission and commitment to driving positive change. Willingness to travel and engage with communities frequently.
