As a stylist, you are a true gorjana ambassador, wearing, layering, and styling looks for our customers. You demonstrate a genuine passion for creating an elevated customer experience in our retail stores. Your goal is to bring brand awareness, product knowledge, and the art of layering to life through intentional customer service. Responsibilities Customer Service: Approach guests proactively in a warm and welcoming manner to make a difference in their day. Act as a brand ambassador eager to share your passion for gorjana. Create memorable experiences, surprising and delighting guests with service standards. Deliver exceptional experience to build brand loyalty and lasting relationships. Maintain awareness of customers at all times, including holding keys to caselines in accordance with best practices. Handle customer concerns in the moment, seek partnership if needed, and ensure full satisfaction. Deescalate/report customer service concerns or incidents as they occur, submitting an incident report when required. Styling: Wear gorjana jewelry daily, creatively layering stacks to inspire guests while maintaining gStyle standards. Develop expertise in collections and product offerings to guide guests through styling decisions. Present curated styling choices highlighting intentionality, versatility, and personalization. Use deep product knowledge and intentional language to drive meaningful connections. Turn each interaction into an opportunity for lasting experience without pressuring sales. Be self‑motivated, continuously improving personal and team performance. Own individual performance progress and use internal resources to develop sales skills. Champion team success and customer satisfaction through team‑selling participation. Contribute to a people‑first approach by being positive, helpful, and respectful to others. Show team player mentality and support teammates toward common goals. Pitch in whenever possible, supporting team, store leadership, or the customer. Operations: Leverage POS technology to support daily store operations, paying close attention to timelines and updates. Maintain floor standards by following visual directives and supporting a beautiful store environment. Restock and complete tasks during downtime to support store readiness. Facilitate Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Same Day Delivery orders, ensuring a smooth experience. Assist with receiving weekly allocation shipments timely to position items correctly. Follow service standards and processes, keeping policies front of mind when servicing customers. Handle team equipment with best‑practices for handling and securing tech. Open and close the store as required, holding responsibility for store key and alarm code. Assist with labeling or re‑ticketing items as needed. Additional Duties (non‑exhaustive): Conduct weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Execute monthly floorset directives showcasing new product launches. Handle weekly cash deposits with precision. Facilitate weekly return of warranty items to the Warehouse. Contact business partners for resources and guidance as needed. Qualifications & Job Requirements Love for the gorjana brand. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs and bend, squat, twist, and reach comfortably. Ability to stand and walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
