Empathetic Claims Service Specialist (Hybrid)

OnDek Solutions is seeking Claims Service Representatives for a premier Property & Casualty insurer in the Howell, MI area. This Temp-to-Hire role offers a hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week, and the chance to start in a supportive customer service center environment. You will handle FNOL, assist policyholders, coordinate rentals and repairs, and use guided scripts in the claims system.
