Product Manager Technical – AI
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (AI) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to build scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that drive business value while ensuring responsible AI practices.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Define and own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Translate business needs into technical product requirements and success metrics.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, UX, and Operations to deliver AI-enabled products.
- Drive AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Define AI evaluation frameworks, KPIs, A/B testing, and product performance metrics.
- Prioritize product features using customer feedback, analytics, and business goals.
- Promote responsible AI practices including security, governance, fairness, and transparency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experience.
- Experience managing technical products, platforms, or customer-facing applications.
- Strong experience working with engineering teams, APIs, cloud technologies, and scalable systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product documentation skills.
Preferred: Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Amazon Bedrock, AI evaluation frameworks, Responsible AI, and cloud-based AI platforms.
