That’s why we need a Cyber Policy and Strategy Planner with the expertise to guide a team analyzing the policies that determine our cyber resilience. Responsibilities Oversee staff working on the assessment of the current Army enterprise network cyber policies, coverage of those policies, and areas of risk. Maintain and assist with creating cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines addressing risk management, incident response, data protection, and access control, compliant with program requirements and mission objectives. Develop and update cybersecurity strategies and initiatives, align them to business priorities, mission objectives, and emerging threat landscapes, and integrate risk‑based decision‑making into policy and strategic planning processes. Join us. The world can’t wait. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, risk management, cyber operations, governance, or compliance. Experience assisting with developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, strategies, and governance frameworks. Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, policy development, and strategic planning principles. Knowledge of cybersecurity laws, regulations, standards, and frameworks, including NIST, RMF, FISMA, DoD policies, and industry best practices. TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree. DoD 8140 Cybersecurity Certification such as Security+, SecurityX, CISSP, CEH, or GCTI Certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading cybersecurity projects, task teams, or strategic initiatives. Experience advising senior leadership on cybersecurity risks, compliance requirements, and strategic initiatives. Experience coordinating deliverables, schedules, stakeholder engagement, and reporting activities. Ability to provide technical and programmatic leadership to teams. Master's degree. Advanced Cybersecurity or Project Management Certification such as CISSP, CISM, ISSAP, ISSM, or PMP Certification. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
