This position seeks a versatile technical enthusiast who thrives in the world of technology. They'll engage with internal and external stakeholders, adeptly capturing and articulating requirements while crafting effective solutions. Embracing a client-facing role, they'll prioritize customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Deploy Trintech's suite of applications using continuous integrationcontinuous deployment (CICD) toolsets and methodologies to maintain consistent environments.
• Assist in the design, coding, and testing of automation and tools in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
• Identify dependencies and risks, proposing solutions that optimize trade-offs between time, cost, and scope.
• Mentor members of own team across multiple applications.
• Participate in an on-call rotation when necessary
• Maintain subject matter expertise across multiple applications.
• Effectively support applications throughout all lifecycle stages, interacting with multiple stakeholder groups in multiple environments (e.g., QA, UAT, and production). Lead efforts to improve efficiency, employing methodologies and technologies as needed.
• Recognize common mistakes being made and takes action to prevent recurrence.
• Own root cause analysis for complex infrastructure and application issues. Identify and drive strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Manage projects outside of the standard queue requests with little to no assistance.
• Ensure production changes are documented, fully tested in non-production environments, and adhere to change control and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ yrs of managing high transaction systems
• Experience supporting a range of web (IIS, Tomcat), database (SQL Server)
• Previous experience w/ scripting languages
• In depth previous working knowledge of windows server and ideally Linux
• Experience in issues regarding networks
• Demonstrates an insatiable passion for learning and technology. Is self-motivated and driven to succeed collaboratively, caring more about solution than credit.
