Head of Sales

Seeking a hands-on, full-time Head of Sales, the independent contractor will lead and optimize the inside sales and revenue operations framework, collaborating closely with the CEO and managing a lean team to drive growth across two primary business units in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day revenue operations and align macro sales forecasting with business unit economics Design and implement multi-channel outbound sequences and targeted sales campaigns in partnership with Marketing Cultivate a high-energy startup culture while identifying talent gaps and developing growth plans for the sales team Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with 4+ years managing closing or outbound teams in a startup or e-commerce environment Proven track record of working directly with executives to scale operations and enhance pipeline performance Experience building process-heavy operations in flat organizations with a customer-centric approach Deep familiarity with CRM workflows and data analytics tools Proven ability to work effectively with distributed remote teams during US Eastern and Pacific Timezone hours
