Cert/Lic Required Current Dentist license in South Carolina. Special Requirements Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certificate. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: 32% production – $400,000 plus is realistic. Benefits offered: Medical Dental Vision 401(k) with 5% match $1500 CE allowance Position Summary We are a private pediatric full‑service dentistry practice in Columbia, SC, focusing on education and prevention for children. We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner with leadership skills, ethics, talent, a love for children, and a desire to build relationships. Responsibilities include: Fillings Pulpotomies, and ideally pulpectomies Space maintenance Pulp caps – direct and indirect under isolation Scaling in certain circumstances Leadership to staff for educational instruction – oral hygiene instruction, caries risk assessments, resting tongue posture evaluation, curodont, Silver diamine fluoride (SDF), sealants Bonus if you are passionate about airway, prevention, and holistic health, and can recognize and refer to the appropriate specialist.
