Lead Sourcing Specialist

Leading fulfillment strategy for Installation Parts Requests across the Americas, the full-time remote Lead Sourcing Specialist will manage supplier relationships, expedite materials, and support project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Review incoming Installation Parts Requests (IPRs) and assign work to appropriate Sourcing Specialists Act as the main contact for internal customers and installation sites, managing escalations and customer meetings Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance fulfillment results Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the U.S.; equivalent experience for roles outside the U.S Advanced experience in fulfillment and supplier-facing work Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP Experience working across functions such as sourcing, logistics, engineering, or project management Knowledge of power plant operations or experience handling supplier deviations and escalations is preferred
