We are seeking an Engineer I to support the evaluation, refurbishment, testing, and qualification of components for reuse in field operations. This role operates within a regulated manufacturing environment and focuses on ensuring quality, reliability, and performance standards are met. The position requires strong troubleshooting abilities, technical analysis skills, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to improve refurbishment processes and support operational excellence. Pay Range: $25 to $30 an hour

Job Mode: Onsite

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Extension possible based on performance and business needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate components and spare parts for refurbishment and reuse.
• Perform refurbishment, repair, testing, and qualification activities following established procedures.
• Conduct verification activities to confirm component performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support root cause investigations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and testing records.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and field support teams.
• Support process improvements to enhance refurbishment efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, repair, refurbishment, or engineering operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with testing, validation, or verification activities.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain detailed records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of GMP practices.
• Knowledge of GLP practices.
• Experience supporting diagnostic, laboratory, or medical technology products.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
