Key Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. * Conduct property tours, highlight amenities, and close leases to maintain occupancy. * Manage leasing activities including applications, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs. * Partner with the Property Manager on marketing programs, resident events, and community engagement. * Maintain accurate records, prepare lease documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies. * Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis to support occupancy goals. Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of leasing or sales experience (property management preferred). * Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/Yardi experience a plus. * High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
