Urology Opportunity in Anniston, AL

An established health system in Anniston, Alabama, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Urologist to join a growing team of two employed physicians and one physician assistant. Built to support high procedural volume and service-line expansion, this position offers high earning upside, strong primary care referral demand, and access to advanced surgical technology.

Practice Overview

• You'll join 2 employed Urologists and 1 PA with dedicated clinic and procedural support
• High procedural volume including prostate biopsies, Aquablation, bladder stimulation, and TRBPS
• Robotics available (DaVinci Si & Xi) plus access to a dedicated surgery center and lithotripsy unit
• Shared call model designed to reduce wait times and expand access as the service area grows

Schedule

• Clinic volume is strong (currently 65-70 patients/day across the practice), with a focus on improving access
• Dedicated procedural blocks, including early-week surgery time and separate robotic blocks
• Average 6+ surgeries per day with room to expand based on your interests
• Call shared among physicians, typically estimated at 3-5 days per month

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $600,000 - $700,000 plus production
• $200,000 Sign-on
• Call stipend of $1,200/day for any call days covered over 7 per month
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
• Benefits include PTO, CME days, paid malpractice, health/dental, and 401(k)

Candidate Requirements

• BC/BE Urologist
• All experience levels considered, including new graduates
• Comfort with a high-volume practice and a broad range of urologic procedures
• Interest in robotics and stone work is a plus (support and volume available)
