Systems Analyst

Salary: $49,920 - 58,320 per year Requirements:

• I hold a BA or BS Degree (Military technical training or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• I possess a Technical Certificate (e.g., A Plus) or equivalent technical training/experience in network, security, or server management.
• I have knowledge of toll lane operational theory.
• I have experience troubleshooting toll lane systems.
• I am familiar with Linux command usage and server support.
• I have basic knowledge of SQL query writing.
• I am proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• I am knowledgeable in Excel macros and Visual Basic.
• I have experience with Excel Pivot Tables.
• I can utilize network and system management tools (e.g., CA Unicenter, Orion).

Responsibilities:

• I will analyze tolling systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.
• I will perform daily/weekly monitoring and analysis of lane performance reports and dashboards.
• I will conduct hyper care monitoring of new and upgraded lanes.
• I will carry out basic fault isolation for lane/plaza issues.
• I will receive training and perform advanced fault isolation for lane/plaza issues.
• I will receive training and provide third-level support for key roadside servers, databases, and software.
• I will investigate and analyze anomalies reported by Operations, Finance, and Maintenance.
• I will support the setup of new lane system installations and/or upgrades.
• I will develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SunWatch upon transferring monitoring responsibilities to their team.

This is a full-time, onsite position with a pay range of $24 to $28 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
