Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor Range: $17.65 – $21.28 per hour. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. Act as an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization. Resolve guest interactions, drive profit optimization, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness. Supervise peers and support other hourly roles as needed. Work in other certified hourly roles as scheduled based on restaurant needs. Qualifications At least 21 years old. Minimum of 1 year full‑service restaurant experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Business maturity and ability to effectively supervise peers. Good oral and written communication skills; outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills. Basic business math, accounting, and decision‑making skills. Basic personal computer literacy. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation required. Serv Safe Certified preferred.
