Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Multiple openings are available for the 2025–2026 academic year, starting August 12, 2025, and running through May 22, 2026. You'll enjoy a steady schedule of 37.5 hours per week, collaborating with students, families, and staff to enhance communication skills and educational outcomes.

Qualified candidates will bring:

• An active Virginia SLPA license (State/Discipline specific requirement)
• Experience or strong interest in serving K-12 aged students within a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced educational environment
• Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, families, and other specialists

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students
• Providing direct therapy services to meet IEP goals
• Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports
• Partnering with teachers and parents to support student achievement
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team planning
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
