Senior Product Management Engineer

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Product Management Engineer for its Sterilmed reprocessing division in Plymouth, Minnesota. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to transfer new reprocessed medical devices into production, managing validation strategies, and driving process improvements for medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifunctional teams through new product development from production readiness to market launch
• Plan validation strategies and oversee Master Validation Plan for new product introductions
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes and test methods for reprocessed devices
• Assess and implement new technologies to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and regulatory compliance
• Author and maintain engineering documentation including work instructions and validation reports

Requirements

• BS or MS in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 4-6 years of product or process engineering experience with increasing responsibility
• Experience with DOE, FMEA, GMP, and Quality System Regulation
• Medical device industry experience
• Solidworks knowledge preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
