By investing in our people and fostering a flexible, supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, contribute ideas, and make an impact from day one—all while supporting missions that matter.\ \ Program Overview\ \ Supports SAMHSA grant review operations through peer review coordination, grants analysis, compliance support, reporting, and program administration.\ \ Position Overview\ \ RIVA Solutions seeks a Program Analyst to support Federal grants management by coordinating peer reviews, analyzing funding opportunities, monitoring compliance, preparing reports, and improving grant review operations.\ \ Core Responsibilities\ \ \ Analyze NOFO requirements and identify compliance criteria.\ \ Support recruitment, vetting, and training of peer reviewers.\ \ Monitor reviewer progress and resolve review issues.\ \ Perform quality assurance reviews of reviewer comments and scores.\ \ Draft grant summary statements and consolidate reviewer feedback.\ \ Analyze grant and reviewer data for reporting and process improvements.\ \ Coordinate communications with applicants and reviewers.\ \ Track correspondence, notifications, and review milestones.\ \ Support post-review improvement initiatives.\ \ Prepare reports and maintain grant documentation.\ \ \ Minimum Qualifications\ \ \ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\ \ 2+ years supporting grants management, peer review, or Federal programs.\ \ Experience supporting grant review and reviewer coordination.\ \ Strong analytical and communication skills.\ \ Proficiency with Microsoft Office.\ \ Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.\ \ \ Preferred Qualifications\ \ \ Experience supporting HHS or SAMHSA.\ \ Experience with Federal grants and NOFO processes.\ \ Experience producing reports and process documentation.\ \ \ Salary\ \ \$55,000\ \ RIVA Benefits\ \ \ Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage\ \ Life Insurance\ \ Retirement Benefits / 401K with Company Matching\ \ HSA / FSA Spending Accounts\ \ Long- and Short-Term Disability\ \ Pet Insurance\ \ Wellness Program Initiatives\ \ RIVA Flex – Flexible Work Environment\ \ Additional Workplace Benefits\ \ \ Equal Opportunity Statement\ \ RIVA Solutions is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
