Your Mission as ADON

As a key leader on our clinical team, you will partner with the Director of Nursing to inspire our staff and ensure our residents receive the "gold standard" of care. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading & Mentoring: Overseeing, hiring, and training a top-tier nursing team.
• Clinical Excellence: Implementing innovative policies and ensuring 100% compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Quality Innovation: Driving quality improvement initiatives that directly enhance resident lives.
• Collaborative Care: Partnering across departments to provide a holistic, comprehensive patient experience.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Credentials: A current RN license in good standing (BSN preferred).
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in nursing, with a strong background in management and leadership roles.
• Expertise: Deep clinical knowledge and a "safety-first" mindset regarding regulations and accreditation.
• Heart: Exceptional communication skills and a passion for collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
