Join Our Culinary Team as a Line Cook at Brat Haus!

Brat Haus, located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, AZ, is looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team. If you have a love for food and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll DoAs a Line Cook at Brat Haus, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensuring food quality, freshness, and consistency in every dish.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Assisting with prep work, inventory management, and other kitchen tasks as needed.
We’re seeking a team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and has:
- At least 2 years of experience as a line cook in a full service casual dining environment
- A solid understanding of kitchen equipment, techniques, and food safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
While we don’t currently offer additional benefits, we do have a kitchen tip out program that is paid out weekly . No late nights and no early mornings creates a positive work/life balance in a fun and casual atmosphere with high standards and expectations.
