Role - Technical program manager - QA, JSON Contract - C2C /W2 Job Description - This Job/Role blends technical program management and quality engineering leadership for work across distributed payments components and integrations. The candidate should be comfortable aligning teams around XML/JSON message contracts, facilitating Agile/Scrum execution, and using Copilot with effective prompting speed analysis, problem assessment, and documentation. Required Qualifications Must have experience working in payments applications and understands the business. Knowledge of key technology components with a focus on distributed systems. Familiarity with XML and JSON message contracts. Strong Agile skills, including practical Scrum Master capability. Technical program/project management skills to coordinate work across multiple teams. Ability to work with QA test automation tools and collaborate effectively with QE and engineering. Versatility with Copilot and prompting to quickly perform analysis and suggest solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hybrid TPM/QE roles supporting both delivery execution and quality practices.
