Schedule: Full-time hospital-based position with routine facility rounds and departmental auditing responsibilities

Highlights:

• Function as a key member of the healthcare quality and infection prevention team
• Work under the direction of the Infection Prevention Manager or Director of Quality with system-level support
• Conduct hospital surveillance, identify healthcare-associated infections, and ensure compliance with public reporting mandates
• Collaborate on system-wide policy and procedure development
• Perform routine audits and physical rounds across facility departments monitoring infection prevention practices
• Oversee infection control during construction, renovation, and across cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization processes

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Experience in infection prevention, quality, or related clinical specialty preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare-associated infection surveillance and reporting requirements
• Strong auditing, education, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with system-level leadership
