Hospitality Relations Manager

This position drives sales and service efforts and is the ambassador of Hospitality Services for a given market, working alongside Regional and Area leadership in the development of sales and business development. The Aviation & Hospitality Relations Manager is accountable for achieving the Regions Hotel service, sales, and profitability goals.   • Grows and expands hotel base of business by building and maintaining rapport with key hotel contacts; identifying new opportunities; delivering exemplary service
  • Utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure hotel/hospitality business on behalf of Go Rentals
  • Work with corporate and regional management in planning and hosting special events to drive hotel business
  • Use company-wide programs, sales development, prospecting projects, events for business development
  • Follow up on all business inquiries and leads and qualify businesses to generate revenue to impact performance
  • Create and execute account plans for assigned areas to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with hotel leadership and guest relations staff
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined
  • Establish a sales objective for assigned Go Rental locations each month
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans
  • Travel at the direction of senior leadership, travel to trade shows and events related toHospitality, assisting in all facets of business development for their locations
  • Cover/Work/Manage, as directed by senior leadership, existing Go Rental locations

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to and proven track record of the development and management of Hotel sales and services effectively and successfully Ability to work individually or within a team environment Ability to perform sales and operations for area or region assigned Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to maintain and project professional behaviors towards guests and associates Ability to work in varying environments, such as indoors and outdoors Valid, unrestricted Driver's License (as mandated by state and location) with good driving history is required Must meet residency requirements that allow working in the United States High School Diploma or equivalent - 4 Year College Degree Preferred Proof of Auto Insurance/Insurability Must be a self-starter and proactive Excellent guest service skills Commitment to excellence and high standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions Creative, flexible, and innovative team leader Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages Ability to travel nationally on occasions for training, meetings, or field support needs Excellent problem resolution Strong interpersonal skills Extensive leadership and management skills Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to Stand, Walk, Bend, Reach for extended periods Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs without assistance Ability to work within an airport environment with smells and noise associated with jet craft Ability to work in weather and elements and with varying degrees Work between frequently alternating environments; inside and outside, sunlight and office light
