Wax Specialist (Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician)

Job Summary As a Wax Specialist, you are an expert that guests trust to help them look and feel their best. You will use our proprietary comfort wax to deliver an exceptional experience, performing full‑body waxing services for both women and men. Key Responsibilities Perform high‑quality waxing services for men and women following EWC’s proprietary techniques. Educate guests on waxing frequency and recommend proprietary products for at‑home maintenance. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with Texas safety and health procedures. Participate in the Hub training program: Hub‑let, fully certified specialist, peer trainer, regional trainer. Work flexible shifts, including at least one full weekend day each week. What You Bring Current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license. Hard work, honesty, punctuality, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Comfort performing all face and body waxing services for both genders. Brazilian for male guests optional with advanced training. Coachability and eagerness to master new techniques through training. What You Get Guaranteed base pay ($9/hr) plus tips, uncapped commission, and bonuses. Earning potential: $16–$19+ per hour after training; top specialists $20–$25+ per hour.
