Sales Support Coordinator

Moove NA is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Superior, WI! Moove North America is seeking a customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving service issues, coordinating order fulfillment activities, and driving continuous improvement efforts that enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who can build strong customer partnerships, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Billing, and Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional support. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and key accounts, building trusted relationships through regular communication and proactive support. Conduct customer reviews and service discussions to understand business needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Develop and maintain strong partnerships that promote customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account success. Customer Service & Issue Resolution Manage customer inquiries, service concerns, and escalations from initial identification through resolution. Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and work with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions. Provide timely communication and follow-up to ensure customers remain informed and confident in the resolution process. Order & Account Support Oversee key aspects of the order-to-cash process for assigned accounts, including monitoring open orders, backorders, delivery performance, and service trends. Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, Procurement, Dispatch, and Billing teams to resolve issues impacting customer orders. Recommend alternative products, sourcing options, or fulfillment solutions when supply or delivery challenges arise. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement Lead customer meetings and collaborate with internal teams to improve service performance and operational efficiency. Analyze customer feedback, business trends, and service metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support implementation of process enhancements that improve communication, responsiveness, and overall service quality. Forecasting & Business Support Partner with customers and internal teams to review purchasing trends and support forecasting activities. Monitor account activity and proactively engage customers when purchasing patterns change significantly. Support strategic account planning and ensure customer requirements align with operational capabilities. Emergency & National Account Support Provide after-hours emergency support during assigned coverage periods and coordinate critical customer deliveries when required. Support assigned National Account programs by ensuring customer expectations are met and service issues are addressed promptly. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, customer success, operations support, or a related field. Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/business systems.
