Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare center to ensure a safe and stimulating environment.
• Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of children.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff to foster a collaborative and effective team.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to build strong relationships.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure the financial health of the center.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate children's progress and program effectiveness.
• Promote a positive culture that encourages creativity and growth for both staff and children.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a childcare leadership role, with a passion for early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations and best practices in childcare.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive demeanor and a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment.
