Ecommerce Digital Shelf Specialist

Overview An exciting opportunity is available for an Ecommerce Digital Shelf Specialist to manage and optimize product content across ecommerce, retailer, and web platforms. This role focuses on maintaining accurate and compliant product information while driving digital shelf excellence and supporting overall ecommerce growth. Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): Salsify / PXM Platforms Execute and maintain product content across retailer platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance Manage product data, copy, and digital assets through Salsify and other Product Experience Management (PXM) platforms Monitor product detail pages (PDPs) and troubleshoot issues related to content, imagery, and attributes Work with Brand Team to coordinate and deliver retailer-specific digital assets Track and report on content performance, identifying opportunities for optimization Collaborate cross-functionally to support digital initiatives and retailer requirements, ensuring alignment with ecommerce UX standards Website Assist with analytics tracking and performance monitoring (GA4, GTM) Manage WordPress plugin updates to maintain site performance and security Assist with monthly website inquiry reporting, including data export and cleanup Provide day-to-day support for Website Manager Qualifications Experience with Product Experience Management (PXM) syndication platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo or similar) Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) Strong Excel skills (data management, reporting, analysis) Basic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP a plus Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong reading comprehension Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Interest in learning about wines and the wine industry Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Kobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.The base compensation range for this job classification is between $55,000 and $60,000.
