Senior Project Manager

Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and successful completion of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment, and goals with minimal oversight. The Senior PM holds a leadership role within the PM group, which entails providing guidance and support, maintaining positive professional relationships with leadership and other project managers, and demonstrating understanding of and adherence to professional standards and values. The Senior PM will develop and provide solutions to clients while working with diverse and potentially remote teams. The Senior PM oversees all phases of a project and is responsible for project performance through foresight and critical thinking; collaboration with subject matter experts to solve problems; and effective management of project constraints, including scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include project portfolio setup, progress tracking, kickoff and status meetings, and deliverable product quality verification. The Senior PM will report financial metrics on a weekly basis and proactively take steps to flag and prevent budget variances.
